Sunday evening again, two quotes done this weekend both for decking, hope to hear from them soon. As I did the decking cleaner the other day, I thought I might repost this for stains on the patio. Read on!! Here is another great tip for cleaning your patio this time. This was given, and I saw the results by one of my customers recently. If you have the metal type of table and chairs, the iron ones, and the weather has left a rust stain on your patio, then this does work. A plastic bottle of Household Ammonia, this is not bleach, will lift the stain right off. Used neat on the stain and rub the slabs gently to remove the rust stain. Then leave to dry and rinse off.
See you all soon!!!

The winter months are nearly here, although you would not think so at the moment with this warm weather we are having. Having finished the small patio on Friday we are starting a new scheme in walderslade chatham on Monday 14th Nov, this is a large timber deck in two tiers, with handrails at the end of the second tier, railway sleeper retaining wall, a 150mm block wall, small amount of concreting, and some trellis work. should take about two weeks to complete. We are waiting to hear from two other people when we can start their garden, so in all not a bad end to what has been an interesting year. Acheived a lot this year, done some great work and met some lovely people, one in particular as monetuioned in an earlier blog, Kirsty. Looking forward to hearing from you all soon, and as said in an earlier blog, i believe 2012 is going to be a great year. Keep landscaping!! see you all soon!!

Well another Sunday evening, and what a month October has been, great weather, which has help us do our work. Lets hope it continues into November. !! The trouble is that we all want a garden room to be proud of, somewhere to be on our own, away from the TV and in silience. Well we can all have this anytime, we have created so many garden rooms, and given our customers the space they needed. With the darker nights coming along now, what is more important is to have that weekend time in the garden, and with the garden lights we have installed in many gardens, they can now still have the silence into the night sky. See you soon!!

well I just got a new wireless and it works great, took a little setting up but worth it, no more wires trailing all over the place and the print cartritages are very cheap just £6 for the black and £14 colour. Kodak printer very good. Apart from that we have had a great week, we had 10 tonnes of ballast delivered loose, took us the best part of the day to take it through to the garden. Started to mix it up now. Built the fence as well, so not a bad week. see you all soon!!

Well an eventful weekend, it all statred with my desktop computer blowing up on friday, made a clicking noise and then started to smoke, first the mouse would not work then the whole thing just blew. I had been thinking of getting a new laptop for a while so this was the decider. So at last I am up to date, not bad for 59 year old. Got it from Tesco gillingham lovely laptop, Acer Aspire, 6gb Ram and 750 gb memory all the other facts and figures are over my head but it is quick. Started a great job last week, a patio front and back, this one is for a family in Medway, they have a brave young lady as there daughter. The work is for her, she was left blind in one eye and partial in the other after an horific crash she is without doubt a special and brave young lady and it is our pleasure to do the work. After montyhs of plastic surgery and other visits to hospital she has come through it all. And then today Sunday my Dad would have been 93 I heard from my daughter that her cat had passed away at the top of the steps outside where he always slept. So my dad has a new companion. Looking forward to this week. Ps I have got to get a mouse, not use to this pad thing on the laptop! see you all soon!!

Hello a great week. Finished a huge garden in Rainham on Friday, the main product was Astro Turf, all 32 metres of it. Looks great see the picture on the site home page. The brickwall around the pond was built by Neil Pocock my second in command. A great job Neil. The weather played its part last week and this week coming we are in Chatham laying a patio. The customer has a huge dog, a husky I think, his head is up to waist. But I have told he is lovely, I say he it might be a she, guess I will find out tomorrow. Still being a husky it might help us pull the materials through to the garden. Anyone got a sleigh I can borrow. See you soon!!

what a week again, the weather was horrible, slowed us a little, 8 tonnes of crushed concrete being delivered on Wednesday, happy days. Getting the paperwork done over this bank holiday. Boring I know. Astro Turf delivery on Wednesday as well, bet they all come at the same time. On a funny note we had a Phil and Grant lookalike "talk" to us on Friday, saying get off my drive way, well I say drive way its the the kind of area people park and go shopping I guess, its not actually a drive like a normal driveway its part of the road if you see what I mean, so the deliveries might be a little stressed. Besides he has not got vehicle to park there so what is the problem. Jealously of what we are doing for the customer in their garden. Oh well roll on Tuesday, Eastenders is on that day as well so might not see him.

This Sunday was a bit different, had to stop a leak in the guttering, got some spray from B&Q, looks good, what a messy thing to use, went everywhere, still cleared up ok.
Oh the leak, well thats still there, will have another go tomorrow, need to build up the layer I think.
Apart from that excitement, has not a bad weekend. Start of a new week, still waiting for this hardwood Decking to turn up, this is getting a bit boring now.

Hello Sunday Again. I have had an interesting week you might say, I was let down by a supplier of hardwood Deck Boards, so had to leave the job unfinished, which I really hate doing, the customer was so kind and supporting, so have to go back and do that, had numerous phone calls, some with work which is great others from Advertising companies who seemed to think I am made of money, saying they can get me on page one of Google, they obviously don't look at the internet as I am already on page one.
Still starting a Deck and patio job in Lords Wood Monday, until the Hardwood turns up.
Happy Days see you all soon!!
