We all need a rest sometimes, but this week for me has dragged a bit. Cannot wait to start the scheme in Minster been a long time coming.
Visited a scheme today in lordswood, this one is for a disabled child, a deck which needs wheelchair access, so all good.
Got some quotes to do also.
Facebook and twitter has been keeping me busy this week, updating the text and profiles, both personal and business. Going to also update the website, give that a new look as well, so a busy weekend in store.
See you all soon!!

Have you ever thought about your life in general, without getting too heavy, I have thought long and hard these past months, mainly about the future and what it might hold.
We all wish we had a crystal ball to see the times ahead, and some may have visited a medium to gain a point on the future. But we simply do not know what lies ahead. Those of us doing the lottery dream of winning it someday and some of us have, not me I hasten to add. But that brings joy and heartache do you think.
But most of all health is the key, its a item that money can not buy, yes we can pay for treatment, but health no.
So me looking ahead for retiring in say 6 years, for I have been planning in some way, which as we know soon comes around, am I going to be ok, hope so and I think so, oh dear this is getting heavy now. But just wanted to share with you all what I am feeling at this point in time. Its never too early to plan for this time believe me.
I wish you all health and luck for the future. See you all soon!!

An order came in today, so thats good, the whole scheme back and front in Gillingham. Has been a good time to catch up on a few things, planning as said before and getting details of card payments, what a jungle that is, so many firms all eager to do business with you, all different prices also, the cheapest is not always the besy option, hidden charges and all that, percentage per transaction is another time bomb, giving me quite a headache I can tell you. I must get some thing geared up and soon. I have an andriod tablet which is useful, and some card readers do not work with it, but it looks like thats all they do read the card, you still have to have a merchant account, so thats more money to set one of those up. Mobile terminal is the key for me I think, then I can take the card payment at the customers house which is good us both, or I can do it over the phone, so I guess thats the way to go. Anyone reading this blog that may have an idea for me then leave a comment please. See you all soon!!

Doing the usual thing today, been to see some work, and now for dinner soon. Got a small job to do next week and then start the Sidcup job, fencing and decking, a fair amount about 12 to 15 days. So a lot of travelling, and start early. The whole garden is to have a new fence surround, the deck is rather big, with a full step in front. Will enhance the garden and deliver a family plot for entertaining. As regards to booking work in to be done looks like around 4 weeks time. See you all soon!!

The holiday Mondays soon go, this weekend went just as quick and with an extra day. Daughter Hayley built the playhouse that one of my customers was throwing out, its a real timber one, its got a porch, wooden door and windows. Tuesday we are starting a brick wall, so I have bought a small gazebo to hopefully the rain off while we build it, you watch the sun come out now that we have a cover. Still I hope it does, long overdue. See you all soon!!

The time we take to decide things in life can make a huge difference to the outcome. For instance I am always honest when it comes to start dates, but I realise that saying things like, "book now for aviod dissapointment", can seem and sound like a tactic to get the order. But its true in my case, over the years I have had to book in work, and just as I do just that the work I would have like comes in, and then they cant wait for me to become available. Well there is a moral somewhere. Hope to hear from you soon! See you all soon!!

I tell you now is a great time to plan ahead for next years garden schemes, no really, not only are the gardens at their worse so you can see what needs doing, but because nothing is growing its a great time to have the area dug up ready. Planning ahead is half the battle, to tackle that spot now will reap dividends. It will work out cheaper in the long run. See you all soon!!
