Just to mention that we have a job in Holborough, again, the same line of houses as well, that means we have done numbers 39, 38, and now 36, working our way along, good to get reccomendations.

Fields at the end

Sunday, my best day of the week, as is probably to many also, very peaceful here as usual. Going to see the job in Rochester later this morning, in view to making a start soon.

Very sunny day at the moment, lets hope it will last. Had breakfast, and just lazying about before the off.

How is everyone spending there Sunday, whatever you are doing hope its good for you.

It must be 9 am as the church bell is starting to ring, that says to me Sunday has begun.

Sounds like I am in the countryside, well about 600 yards from it I guess, fields at the end of my road and then another half a mile I am in farmland. But go the other direction and I am in the town, so a nice spot.

So whatever you are doing this Sunday have a great day.

Sheep

Have just created a page on facebook, with the ME Community, its an area community page with people reminding us all of the old times in Medway, some of the pictures I have seen on there are eyeopening.

There was one, it was of the grass area near the chatham town hall, the one thats on the edge of the new bus depot and opposite shopping center, it was known and still is I guess, as the Paddock there used to be a restaurant on there called The Paddock Cafe. No wonder, this picture was in the early years and it had Sheep grazing on the grass, looked really odd, but now I know why it is called the paddock. Think of it now can you imagine sheep grazing there today.

Site Appearance

Saturday is always busy for me in many ways, shopping, quotes and paperwork. Planning the week ahead also.

The advertising we do is just enough, this site helps me a great deal, with over 90 per cent of the schemes coming from the site.

I am though going to alter it slightly, just the appearance of it, to keep it fresh. Hope you like!

Black Paving

An interesting week, done a deck in chattendean, and metal gates in rainham, versatile if nothing else.

Back to minster on monday to finish off, as said previous blog customer has been away, so we had to leave to the job unfinished.

We have now eight jobs to do, and this weekend going to schedule them in. Hope you all have had a good week.

One job we have to do is a patio, and the customer would like to use Black Indian Sandstone, this is such a good looking slab, it might sound a bit dark, excuse the pun, but once laid is very attractive and rich. Being a natural stone of course hardly looses its colour, and with all Indian sandstone cleaning is fairly easy just a stiff broom brushing and thats it.

Nine Jobs

All done at Chattendean, customer has said it looks great, as we got it done early today we went to Rainham to start the metal gates installation, we carry on tomorrow.

We have 9 jobs now to book in, so will have to sit down and schedule them in.

Started the decking at Chattendean today, got the frame done and a tree cut down so a good day.

Rain is promised tomorrow so might not get it all done.

Today has been good so far, ordered the decking for tomorrows work, and got all the quotes done now time to relax a bit.

Decking in Chattendean tomorrow, small but will be perfectly built.

Bank Holiday

Having a good peaceful afternoon, recharging the batteries, ready for tea in a moment, getting hungry.

But a drink first I think. Have to get some quotes done by Tuesday. Have also got to ring a customer today as some point. This must be boring to read but it helps me to remember what I have got to do sorry.
